Our Client is seeking an experienced Service Designer who is passionate about design and has high level skills in the analysis of customer research to create, build and deliver services that create a great experience for our customers. This is a stand-alone developer role within a wider Customer Experience team of 6. The team is new and is learning through experience; so we believe this is a great opportunity to learn with them. Working collaboratively with a range of teams, you will take a “knowledge transfer” approach to help accelerate and embed new ways of working across the organisation. Design leadership, project management and relationship and stakeholder management are core capabilities of this role.
The role requires previous experience in leading the planning, delivery and implementation of all phases of human-centred design / service design projects. This includes research, facilitation, insight synthesis, ideation, concept prototyping, service blueprinting and final output production.
