A newly created role to sit within a Customer Experience division at a reputable consultancy. Your focus will be a new client in the higher-education space.
They focus on technology, innovation and digital transformations, with a sector-agnostic client base. Their understanding is that people come first, and they collaborate experts to understand business problems, create strategic objectives, and ultimately develop effective solutions. HCD is at the forefront of their approach.
We’re after someone who can help set up a HCD/Service Design function within a large business. It’s a greenfield project in that this will be completely from scratch. You’ll build a team of 20 internally to support this growth for your client, and set that up so that they can hit the ground running.
Consultancy or in-house experience would be great. Someone who has built a team, built capabilities, and implemented HCD or Service Design principles on mass. You’ll be comfortable mentoring juniors and looking after a team of creative, intelligent people.
