My client is looking to hire a talented and experienced PR Senior Account Manager / Account Director who straddles both tech and corporate.
The ideal new team member is someone who is excellent at client relations, is quick to become a trusted partner for clients and inspire the team to achieve strong business results. You will have a foundation in PR, but be hungry to introduce business-oriented thinking and marketing practices into your work, as you will be a senior member of the Tech/B2B team.
Ideally you will have experience in running an integrated press office across traditional PR, social (organic and paid), and content marketing, issues management, events, new business, working with ASX-listed companies, investor relations and analyst relations.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
This position requires a minimum of 6 years’ experience in PR and a demonstrated ability to manage a number of senior level client accounts across a wide range of industries.
You will have a very solid understanding of social media across a range of platforms and will be able to develop innovative and effective strategies that in turn you will know how to manage and implement for great results.
You will be exceptionally creative and will be capable of leading brainstorming sessions with the team, driving new ideas and thinking out of the box. You will know how to use your creativity to contribute significantly to the development of new business pitches, which you will also be able to pull together independently to support the more senior members of the team.
You will have excellent verbal and writing skills and will be able to deliver a wide range of documents and writing styles. Good time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure are also a must. You will be a people person with a “can do” attitude.
You will be a leader that is not afraid to take on new challenges and will work together with senior management to further grow the Sydney office.
