The $100 billion gaming industry is on the verge of revolution. For decades, gamers have suffered under the pretense of ownership: purchasing digital assets to which they hold but negligible rights. Now, with the advent of blockchain technology, comes the opportunity to empower gamers with true ownership. Their mission is to lead this revolution and transform the space as social and mobile platforms did years ago.

 

With a small but exceptional team of artists, designers and engineers they are building Gods Unchained: a AAA trading card game where players have complete control over their assets. As they approach launch, they need the help of other talented professionals to help bring their game to the world.

 

That’s where you come in…

 

They are looking for a Full Stack Javascript Developer for their Growth Team. This position will develop marketing-focused features, applications, and tools to help meet their growth goals. As part of the role, you will also develop helpful automation systems used to track and engage users.

What you’ll be doing

    • Provide engineering support to members in the marketing teams for projects and campaigns
    • Work with internal and external teams to support marketing specific integrations
    • Build a comprehensive set of documentation and quick start guides to onboard developers into our ecosystem
    • Work with others to maintain core features in the Electron game client and the Apollo website, adding functionality to help users engage with each other and the blockchain more smoothly

What we’re looking for

    • 3+ Years Full Stack Experience
    • Should have developed javascript/typescript libraries before and published either internally and externally
    • Should have experience with the latest versions of Angular
    • Having previously developed a production electron application will be looked on favourably but is not remotely a dealbreaker
    • Experience building some sort of Ethereum-related browser library also looked on very favorably (particularly anything related to wallets or web3 providers)

No remote working: Whilst they want to support remote working in the medium-term, they are only hiring for onsite roles to promote collaboration and grow their culture.
