We have a newly created opportunity available with one of our key clients digital team. Reporting to the eCommerce Manager, this role will have you accountable for translating priority and high-level scope & requirements into low level user stories for product delivery & development. You will define the monthly release schedule to ensure the right tasks are being worked on at an achievable pace.
You will manage the day-to-day program delivery of the product stream, taking on delivery risk and management, and play the role of the voice of the customer to the development/delivery teams to ensure understanding of how the work fits into the overall goals of the organisation.
Our client is one of Australia’s largest retail businesses and their digital presence is extensive. They operate a highly equipped in-house digital team and own 9 websites and apps from content to eCommerce.
What you will do…
Manage the CX of the flagship website + other brand sites
Understand and manage the UI/UX of the groups eCommerce sites and Apps
Manage the various tech vendors and agencies (site search, analytics, CRO + more.)
Define and prioritise the development of the groups’ various websites
Merchandise the various pages and products
Set the schedule and prioritisation of tasks for the team
What you will bring…
You have around 4 – 6 years eCommerce experience
You have a strong understanding of Web Analytics
You have a strong understanding and experience of UX/UI best practice
You are knowledgable around the Digital Media Landscape
Ideally you have experience with platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Optimizely & Figma
You posses excellent client/stakeholder management skills
Ideally you have previously worked on Kentico or WordPress platforms
