If you are experienced in website management, user experience & journey and want to take on more responsibility then this is a great role for you! 

You will manage, build and optimise the eCommerce eco system (websites, PIM and associated integrations with Salesforce SAP etc.) to continuously drive acquisition and engagement of the target markets in the digital space.

They are a global business that are in the industrial/construction space. They have a medium sized office here in Melbourne and are now shifting their focus from selling through merchants to straight to consumer.

You will directly contribute to the organisations KPI targets;

You have 4+ years experience in an eCommerce management role, managing the daily administration of, and continual development of the platform (preferably using Kentico CMS)

You have proven project management experience in driving projects to completion to deadlines with positive results (ROI) and an understanding of agile methodology principles

You posses sound knowledge and keen interest in keeping abreast of UX and UI best practices and industry benchmarks

You have a solid understanding of eCommerce metrics and analytics, including Google Analytics – with the aptitude to capture, collate, interpret, critically evaluate and present data in a meaningful way

You have the capacity to develop sound knowledge of power tools and their applications; and always demonstrate a healthy interest in our products and business.

 

Skills and Qualifications

  • Demonstrated project management expertise (Jira or similar)

  • Sound experience in administering content management systems (Kentico EMS/CMS preferable)

  • Demonstrated ability to measure results (via CMS Reporting, Google analytics, Dashboards), draw insights and make recommendations and implement changes to systems to maximise results (lead generation, traffic to site), 

  • Experience in administration of product information management systems (PIM) – Pimcore PIM (or similar system)

  • Experience in working with ERP systems (SAP Hana preferable)

  • Experience in using Salesforce (CRM)

  • Sound understanding of SEO principals and PPC

  • Technical dev / coding / scripting skills advantageous; .Net (Kentico), Microsoft SQL, HTML5, JavaScript, CSS, BitBucket, .PHP (pimcore), API Integrations, Salesforce CRM, Azure
