Digital Marketing Lead

We are looking for a strong digital talent that is looking to take on more responsibility and drive forward the businesses client base via online acquisition and also lead generation. The companies aim is to assist organisations to create and manage productive, rewarding and lawful work cultures. They are dedicated to providing a highly professional and personalised service in providing Face to Face and E-learning Training, Workplace Investigations and Mediation’s, HR Consulting.

About the role

You are a motivated self-starter that wants to add your expertise to the Marketing and Sales team. You may have a few solid years experience under your belt and now be looking to move into a role with more responsibility and manage everything to do with the companies digital and eCommerce output. This is a great opportunity for the right candidate to take on this challenging and exciting new role and make it your own!

Key Responsibilities

• You will build and manage rich content including blog posts, reports, infographics, etc

• A key part of the role is to grow new leads, by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages and lead generation content

• You will ensure effective utilisation of relevant social media platforms as a means of branding. This includes ensuring that all published material is published with the intent to maximise brand and organic hits

• To look to develop and execute digital campaigns, including all EDM campaigns that deliver the business unit marketing strategy and objectives

• You will drive customer engagement through CRM and associated automated marketing platforms generating and reporting on both MQL (Marketing Qualified) and SQL (Sales Qualified) lead volumes

• To analyse CRM data to optimise strategy and performances

• Provide monthly reporting, analytics and recommendations to management

• To develop and implement quarterly editorial calendars in consultation with our Human Resource and Workplace Relations experts

• Proactively maintain a strong engagement with the HR Industry to monitor trends and opportunities Supporting Marketing Strategy

• You will work with our sales and marketing team to create a quarterly marketing plan in alignment with company strategy

• Design and implement the digital/PR/marketing strategy after consultation with Senior Leadership team 

• Provide industry insight and expertise within the professional services and training domain

• Lead the development of the strategy to acquire, retain and engage SME clients Requirements for role

Key Criteria

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Digital Marketing

• Innovative and results orientated, ability to work autonomously and effectively manage ambiguity

• Knowledge and exposure to Human Resources and Education & Training industry is desirable

• Ability to proactively partner with our expert stakeholders to create professional editorial communications

• Proven history of successfully implementing digital campaigns across a diverse range of industries and platforms, including Social Media, Google Adwords etc

• Ability to demonstrate solid experience leading customer segmentation activity, and designing targeted digital marketing campaigns

• Proven experience using Google Analytics is required

• A leader and team player, with advanced communication skills – written and verbal

• Tertiary marketing qualification, or broader tertiary business qualification with a marketing specialisation
