This large-scale corporate client is seeking Campaign and Insight Managers to join their agile teams and assist them in managing all aspects of the existing customer base management strategy, from sales to the base and revenue optimisation to retention and loyalty program management, all with the dual objectives of maximising profitability (in year and longer term) and customer experience. About the Role
These roles will be responsible for the effective analysis of customers and understanding trends, profiles and overall product and campaign performance are critical to the success of the company. This role will be engaging and collaborating with their key Business Unit/s stakeholders to understand the key business problems to be solved and the key business metrics they need to impact business outcomes. This role will be working with business stakeholders through the full end-to-end business and campaign analysis process from requirements gathering to problem articulation, campaign design, build and execution, and then delivering results and recommendations back to the business.

In order to make these recommendations, you must be proficient in a variety of techniques including data extraction, data set creation, campaign design and execution, statistical and commercial analysis as well as being comfortable with research and unstructured datasets. You will need to be a self-starter, and have the ability to work on multiple activities at once, working towards efficiency and accuracy in design. These Analyst roles are also be expected to deliver to the same methodology used in complex forecasting across the group in order to align outcomes.

About you

As this role is responsible for building towards best in class campaign design and technical performance efficiency and translating marketing requirements into Campaign, Analytical and Segmentation tasks you will need to have:

  • Extensive analytical experience including a proven track record of sourcing and manipulating data to deliver robust analysis and problem solving in dynamic and complex environment,
  • Experience in SQL is a must, SAS and/or PEGA experience is preferred. So too is Tableau or other reporting tool experience as well as statistical analysis and data mining,
  • End to End Stakeholder engagement and management are key to successfully driving to the business KPI’s
