My client is an award winning startup, with a highly progressive product that supports a truly global customer base.
They are currently looking for a super talented designer who can help them continue to improve the way the world interacts with their products! As such, you will be taking on the challenge of bridging the gap between technology and they’re customers, delivering exceptional consumer experiences that leave a positive and lasting impression.
Supporting you in this endeavour will be a cracking team across engineering, design, marketing, sales, to name but a few. All of whom are there to ensure they’re goals are met.
Key areas of responsibility include –
Helping to define the face that my client presents to the world through products that work to support they’re two sided transportation marketplace
Creating and applying a consistent design language and style across all of their sites
Working with the product team and developers to bring new features to market and create seamless transport experiences.
Designing pixel perfect UIs, graphics and impactful experiences that can significantly move the needle on a responsive web e-commerce platform
Working from a position of customer empathy, conduct consumer research to better understand the user’s persona and needs
Translating complex problems, such geospatial transportation challenges, into compelling stories for our customers
To succeed you will be –
A passionate self starter with with 5+ years design experience and a demonstrable track record in building and delivering successful experiences and visuals suitable for a responsive web e-commerce platform
Curious in how your customer behaves and the impact that your designs have on their experience
A practitioner and promoter in the lean way of working – utilising your customer centric design and lean UX experience
Technically proficient – you understand the process of designing in an agile environment and have a good understanding of web technologies and their frameworks
Confident to take ownership of and lead the digital design standards across my clients suite of transport and traveller facing products
A strong communicator, with the ability to engage both technical and commercial team members
Someone who not just fits our company culture, but can add to it.
