National Proposals Coordinator $70 – $80k

As the National Proposals Coordinator you will tasked with organising multiple tender opportunities at any given time. Using your key skills in stakeholder management and meeting deadlines you will enjoy working in a busy environment and like the opportunity to work for a large company offering an excellent career opportunity for someone who is keen to develop skills and experience and has an interest in learning, understanding and supporting the sales process.
Reporting directly to the Group Head of Marketing, you will work closely and collaboratively with them and the rest of the marketing team and also each office across Australia to produce sector/service specific Tender documents to win news business for the company.
You will have an understanding of the tendering/bid process for winning new business. Experience in Project Management, Finance, Construction or Engineering sectors and the terminology used are desirable.
You will be responsible for coordinating with support teams across the different offices in Australia to gather any relevant information/stats etc. to help with producing successful tender applications. You will also be tasked in working closely with the Directors to gather relevant information to include in the documents.
Excellent written and spoken English is an essential for this role, you will be working on large 30 – 50 page tender documents specifically designed to educate the potential client on the benefits of using the company for their project and to therefore increase sales.
You will report on any wins/losses for the company to all relevant stakeholders and identify key strengths/areas for improvement.
You will also be responsible for improving the document management process for the company, this will require excellent time management and organisational skills to ensure all deadlines are met to the quality required.
Keep case studies and biographies up to date, work on capability statements and manage the knowledge library.
Develop appropriate network within the company to facilitate identification and sharing of relevant information, best practices etc. between offices
Coordinating the delivery of proposal submissions including Prequalification Questionnaires and Request for Proposal documents
You will conduct client, competitor and market research and analysis
