A global, brand design consultancy is looking for an Account Director to come on board and be a vital member of their team. Their focus? Think strategy, research and innovation. Campaigns include brand identity, activations, print, packaging, internal comms and creativity. They have a focus on storytelling and creating brand value for their clients.

The role will have two reports: a SAM and an AM. As a result, you need to be comfortable managing and leading a team helping them to become autonomous with clients. As a strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail, you will be responsible for global brands within the FMCG and Corporate sectors, whilst setting up design practices and helping with new business pitches.
You will be relatable, approachable and confident, with a solid background within agency world, ideally having worked on the aforementioned sectors. This role will require you to travel interstate once a fortnight as some clients have a Sydney base.
